Beautiful
South Coast California in Santa Barbara
Few cities in the world rival the natural beauty and the sunset beaches
of Santa Barbara. It's where the mountains meet the ocean in a classic
charming style of red-tiled roofs and stucco buildings. The city's outskirts
are wrapped with vineyards, golf courses, mountains and hiking trails
on ridges overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Art galleries, fine dining,
parks, bike paths and outdoor cafes with harbor views make Santa Barbara
one of the most desired destinations in California. For more information
on Santa Barbara, accommodations and the surrounding area call the Conference
and Visitors Bureau at 805-966-9222. The city is a 1 1/2 hour drive from
Los Angeles. It has a municipal airport with short connecting flights
to LA and San Francisco International Airports.
